Bristol-Myers Squibb to present Opdivo/Yervoy data at SMR 2015

16th November 2015

Bristol-Myers Squibb has announced that it will be presenting new clinical research on two of its leading immuno-oncology agents at a medical congress this week.

The company will attend the Society for Melanoma Research (SMR) 2015 international congress in San Francisco from November 18th to 21st, where it will share its latest research findings on Opdivo and Yervoy.

Follow-up data from a phase III trial, CheckMate-066, will demonstrate the efficacy of Opdivo in treatment-naive advanced melanoma, while three-year survival data for a combination regimen of Opdivo and Yervoy from phase I cohorts will also be presented.

Additionally, patient-reported outcomes from the phase III CheckMate-067 study of the Opdivo/Yervoy regimen in treatment-naive advanced melanoma will be shared during an oral presentation.

Dr Michael Giordano, senior vice-president and head of development for oncology at Bristol-Myers Squibb, said: "Our ongoing development program continues to demonstrate our commitment to exploring the potential of Opdivo and Yervoy across stages of disease and lines of therapy."ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801805754-ADNFCR
