Arthur London and Code Computerlove hired to represent MS Society
Arthur London and Code Computerlove have been handed a new brief by the MS Society, which is looking to overhaul its approach to communications.
The multiple sclerosis (MS) charity has tasked Arthur London with updating its brand positioning, reviewing its supporter and membership proposition, and refreshing its tone of voice, core messages and visual identity, reports Campaign.
Meanwhile, Code Computerlove has been asked to manage a digital transformation programme, creating tools to help people track and monitor their MS and new forums for support.
The charity is seeking to adopt a more forward-looking comms approach to position itself as the UK's leading MS support resource and network, while raising awareness and understand of the condition itself.
John Palmer, the executive director of marketing and communications at the MS Society, said: "Our digital transformation programme will go beyond overhauling our website and digital platforms and will involve a complete rethink of the role of digital in achieving our organisational objectives."
