Align Technology appoints new human resources vice-president

Align Technology has announced the appointment of Stuart Hockridge its new vice-president of global human resources, effective as of May 23rd.

Mr Hockridge joins the company from Visa, where he served as senior vice-president of talent and led all aspects of talent delivery for the company, including executive development, succession planning, employee engagement, learning and development and talent acquisition.

Prior to this, he held human resource management positions at GE Healthcare, leading HR processes globally for various business units.

He has been appointed as the successor to Jennifer Erfurth, who has served as vice-president of global human resources since October 2012. She will be leaving the company on May 20th to pursue other opportunities.

The company recently announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2016, during which it experienced a 20.5 percent year-on-year increase in revenues.
