Allison and Partners completes buyout of Higher Ground in Germany

Allison and Partners has announced the completion of its takeover of Higher Ground Communications in Germany.

Higher Ground Communications is a communications and marketing firm specialising in technology clients. Allison and Partners has collaborated with Higher Ground on numerous projects, supporting clients such as Public Interest Registry, Rally Software and RetailMeNot.

Principles Martina Muller and Vivian Dadamio will join Allison and Partners as senior vice-presidents following the completion of the deal, leading offices in Berlin and Munich respectively. They will report to Matthew Della Croce, president of Europe and the global corporate practice.

Ms Muller previously worked at Porter Novelli as the European team lead for HP's imaging and printing group, while Ms Dadamio formerly led the specialty group at Hill and Knowlton Strategies in Munich.

Both can boast extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked with high-profile client companies such as SAP and Microsoft.
