Porter Novelli wins EMEA brief with eBay

Porter Novelli has been handed a new contract with online auctions giant eBay covering the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Encompassing business-to-business and corporate external communications activity, the brief was won a retained basis, with Porter Novelli taking over from the incumbent APCO.

The work will see Porter Novelli take responsibility for executive profiling and issues management for eBay, as well as running a series of campaigns to demonstrate the benefits of the platform to both current and potential buyers and sellers.

Following a competitive pitch, the agency was selected for the contract having demonstrated its creativity, integrated thinking and expertise in influencer relations and other channels.

Porter Novelli will now be tasked with collaborating with a dozen agencies across the EMEA region to drive creative ideas and strategic outcomes.
