Launch PR appointed by Chargifi for new awareness campaign
Launch PR has won a new contract with Chargifi to help the wireless charging service raise awareness among consumers.
The client selected Launch PR for the brief following a three-way pitch and has tasked the agency with running a 12-month brand activation programme. Launch director Niki Wheeler will lead the account, reporting to Helen Attia, Chargifi's head of sales and marketing.
Chargifi is looking to implement ambitious plans for expansion, reports Gorkana. The company was founded by 27-year-old entrepreneur Dan Bladen, who noticed a gap in the market after observing that many public venues do not allow visitors to charge their devices.
The Chargifi service provides venues such as coffee shops, bars, hotels and airports with the capability to offer a free wireless charging service for phones or tablets, while gathering insights into visitor behaviours at the same time.
Ms Attia said: "We saw in Launch PR a well-networked partner who will think differently, drive great results and challenge our thinking as we grow."
This comes after Chargifi appointed Jargon PR to drive brand awareness across Europe and North America earlier this year.
