London Vet Show to offer expansive equine programme
The London Vet Show has announced that the equine programme at this year's event will be the most expansive it has offered to date, with 50 percent more equine content than last year.
This year's show, which runs from November 17th to 18th at London's ExCeL, will offer three full equine streams running for the duration of the two days, programmed by the Royal Veterinary College and the British Veterinary Association in partnership with the British Equine Veterinary Association.
Subjects covered by the lectures will cater to both mixed and equine-only veterinary surgeons, enabling them to learn new skills. The streams will also be complemented by Meet the Professor equine sessions, where speakers will hold intimate discussions with delegates.
Speakers confirmed for this year's show include renowned equine experts such as Philip Ivens, Georgie Hollis, Chris Pearce, Rob Pilsworth and Dr Scott Pine, with topics to include strangles, wound care, horse dentistry and pastern dermatitis complex.
Overall, the London Vet Show will provide over 100 hours of world-class clinical and veterinary business lectures, with more than 400 companies confirmed as exhibitors.
