Align Technology launches new Invisalign G7 clear aligner system

Align Technology has announced the launch of Invisalign G7, the latest in its G-Series line of clear aligner systems.

Designed to deliver greater control of tooth movement and improved treatment outcomes, it provides new features to fine-tune certain tooth movements and deliver enhanced treatment quality, particularly among teenage patients.

It uses Invisalign SmartStage technology to optimise the staging and sequence of tooth movements and aligner activation for greater predictability, better upper lateral control and improved root control, as well as adding features to address prevention of posterior open bites.

Also launching is the updated ClinCheck Pro 5.0 treatment software, which provides the ability to view side-by-side treatment plans, more realistic 3D visual models and a new configurable toolbar for greater flexibility.

Both new products were made available to Invisalign-trained providers worldwide on October 17th.
