Pegasus claims specialist consultancy of the year prize at PRCA Awards

Pegasus has continued its recent awards success by claiming the title of specialist consultancy of the year at the 2016 PRCA Awards.

The agency was handed the prize at a recent ceremony in London, where it also claimed the health and wellbeing award and consumer award for low-budget work, both in recognition of its Sex Degrees of Separation campaign.

This comes after the firm was named specialist consultancy of the year at the PRWeek UK Awards and as global healthcare PR consultancy of the year at the Global SABRE Awards last month.

Earlier this year, it also claimed the titles of EMEA healthcare PR consultancy of the year at the European SABRE Awards and Communique's communications consultancy of the year.

Simon Hackett, managing director at Pegasus, said: "Our success has certainly been a result of our truly integrated offer, our robust approach to planning, our creative thinking and a focus on best-of-breed client servicing."

This caps off a momentous 2016 for Pegasus, which was acquired by UDG Healthcare in April and has since become part of the Ashfield Healthcare Communications business.
