Ivoclar Vivadent expands Zenostar MT product range

Ivoclar Vivadent has revealed new customer survey data showing that users of its Variolink Esthetic product are highly satisfied with the luting composite's performance.

A total of 800 dental professionals in Germany, France, Italy and the US participated in the survey, which asked them to provide information about their experiences with using the light and dual-curing luting composite.

On average, more than 90 percent respondents said they were satisfied or highly satisfied with the product, praising its esthetics, adhesion and ease of handling, among other qualities.

Moreover, 97 to 99 percent of those questioned said they would continue to use the composite, while more than half of them would recommend it to colleagues.

The company said: "The survey participants also praised the easy removal of excess and the good consistency of the product. Furthermore, they all confirmed that they had not seen any postoperative sensitivity in the cases in which they had used the luting composite."

Variolink Esthetic has been available since 2014 and is specifically designed for use in the permanent placement of demanding ceramic and composite restorations.
