Bite wins brief with digital money transfer service Azimo

31st January 2017

Bite has won a new contract with Azimo, an up-and-coming digital money transfer service, to help raise its profile in the UK market.

The agency has been tasked with driving brand awareness for the client through corporate and consumer media relations, with news stories and product launches forming a key part of this comms strategy.

Azimo currently has more than one million users, who utilise the service to transfer money online to over 190 countries. It wishes to leverage the experiences of these customers as a component of its corporate storytelling.

Rachel Gilley, managing director at Bite, described the potentially disruptive nature of Azimo's business model as an important reason why her agency was attracted to this contract.

She said: "Azimo was recently described by CNN as the future of money transfers, which makes it exactly the type of innovative brand we want to work with."

Bite is part of the Next 15 group and works with leading technology brands such as Amazon, GoDaddy, Sage, Telefonica and SurveyMonkey.
