Dentsply Sirona adds two new board members

Dentsply Sirona has announced the appointment of Betsy Holden and Leslie Varon to its board of directors, with the number of board members increasing from nine to 12.

Ms Holden is a senior advisor to McKinsey and Company, working with clients from a range of sectors, while she was previously the co-chief executive officer (CEO) of Kraft Foods and chief executive of Kraft Foods in North America.

Meanwhile, Ms Varon can boast an extensive record of financial and business leadership in corporate financial management and investor relations, including significant experience driving business transformation over 30 years at Xerox Corporation.

These two new board members will be appointed as directors alongside Don Casey, who was recently named as Dentsply Sirona's new CEO.
