Hologic launches new Fluoroscan InSight FD Mini C-Arm imaging system

Hologic has announced the launch of its new Fluoroscan InSight FD Mini C-Arm, a state-of-the-art extremities imaging system.

The device offers a variety of improved features to help orthopaedists, podiatrists and clinicians take advantage of diversified imaging options, more flexible storage and transportation tools, and an enhanced interface.

It provides high-resolution and low-dose rate modes, with the largest image size and highest image resolution available, on an intuitive 24-inch HD touchscreen. Hardware updates, meanwhile, include a streamlined monitor arm with integrated keyboard and a reduced top casting to offer an increased range of motion and positioning options.

Hologic has introduced these enhancements to address major pain points in clinical workflows, with the ultimate aim of enhancing productivity for medical professionals.
