Kwittken wins new brief with IT services provider Ricoh

Kwittken has won a new contract with the business and IT services company Ricoh, with the goal of driving the client's integrated communications work in the UK.

This brief will see Kwittken take over management of Ricoh's day-to-day media relations activity, with a cross-platform content programme to educate and shift audience perceptions of Ricoh as a business services leader.

The contract was awarded following a competitive pitch, and will also leverage market and economic insights to create a cross-platform campaign that will elevate Ricoh's thought leadership position amongst key UK business audiences.

Ricoh has been a leader in document management solutions, IT services, commercial and industrial printing, digital cameras, and industrial systems for a number of years, and is aiming to evolve its communications strategy in line with its current growth objectives.
