Next 15 announces acquisition of IncrediBull

Next 15 has acquired the entire issued share capital of IncrediBull, a brand marketing consultancy business based in London.

The deal will see IncrediBull become a fully integrated part of Next 15 subsidiary Text100 by January 1st 2016. This acquisition will increase the size of the Text100 business by 35 percent.

IncrediBull was founded in 2000 and delivers global consultancy to brands in the US, the UK and Germany, with current clients including SunTrust, NCR and Skype. Its service offering combines brand strategy, communications, design, film and events.

Managing director Tara O'Donnell will be the leader of the new-look Text100, with Richard Parkinson, co-founder and chief executive officer of IncrediBull, taking on a global role as head of client services for Text100 in January 2016.

Aedhmar Hynes, chief executive officer of Text100, said: "The team at IncrediBull has done a lot of impressive work across the world creating brand platforms from which to serve up great content and engage with customers."

Next 15 launched a share sale to raise around 4.3 million pounds to further its merger and acquisition strategy earlier this year.
