You’ll be responsible for business development and developing relationships with dental practices, promoting innovative hygiene solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Our client is an ambitious, entrepreneurial dental technology business bringing innovation to the professional oral care market. Founded by leaders with a background in both healthcare and consumer products, the company is expanding rapidly in the UK and internationally.
The business offers a cutting-edge range of dental hygiene products, including a market-leading cleaning device that uses UVC technology for water-only cleaning – providing a sustainable, chemical-free alternative to traditional methods. With several new product launches on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.
Role Requirements
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s presence in dental practices nationwide.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
Work closely with senior leadership to refine commercial strategy.
Person Specifications
You’re an energetic, relationship-focused sales professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
2 years + experience from sales/ business development
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Entrepreneurial approach with strong self-motivation.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
UK-based and open to occasional travel.
Package
Uncapped commission potential up to £75,000.
30 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) + birthday off.
90% remote working model.
