Business Development Lead
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for business development and developing relationships with dental practices, promoting innovative hygiene solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Role Requirements
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s presence in dental practices nationwide.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
Work closely with senior leadership to refine commercial strategy.
Person Specifications
You’re an energetic, relationship-focused sales professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
2 years + experience from sales/ business development
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Entrepreneurial approach with strong self-motivation.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
UK-based and open to occasional travel.
Package
Uncapped commission potential up to £75,000.
30 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) + birthday off.
90% remote working model.
