Clinical Specialist
Role Overview
As a Field Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals through product training, clinical education, demonstrations, and ongoing technical guidance across a portfolio of diagnostic imaging and healthcare solutions.
Working closely with clinical customers and internal commercial teams, you will help ensure successful product adoption, build long-term customer partnerships, and provide expert support throughout the customer journey.

Role Requirements
Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted clinical and technical specialist across the territory.
Deliver product training, workshops, demonstrations, and clinical education sessions to support the safe and effective use of imaging and healthcare technologies.
Provide clinical support throughout product implementations, launches, evaluations, and post-installation activities, ensuring customers gain maximum value from their systems.
Partner closely with commercial colleagues by supporting customer meetings, presentations, and discussions with clinical expertise and practical insight.
Gather and communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and user experiences to support ongoing product and service improvements.
Maintain accurate records of training, demonstrations, customer interactions, and support activities while ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Person Specifications
Clinical experience within the medical device industry is essential.
Clinical experience within Endoscopy is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinicians, nurses, technicians, and healthcare stakeholders.
Comfortable delivering training, demonstrations, and clinical education within healthcare environments.
Able to combine technical credibility with a customer-focused approach.
Package
Base salary up to £40,000
£12,000 OTE commission paid quarterly
