Full-time, office-based Customer Service Officer role in Warwick, acting as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals to manage enquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth customer operations.

Role Requirements
Manage incoming calls and emails regarding orders and product information
Process and pack patient orders from the on-site warehouse
Monitor and report on stock levels
Liaise with manufacturers and internal teams for logistics and technical support
Maintain accurate customer and product records
Assist with resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly
Person Specifications
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Professional, empathetic, and patient-facing attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
