You’ll play a key role in growing the LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and MALDI business by combining technical expertise with strong customer engagement.

Role Requirements
Drive sales of mass spectrometry instruments (LC-MS/MS, HRMS, MALDI) to achieve and exceed regional budget targets.
Lead pre-sales discussions, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Plan and conduct customer demonstrations with demo lab specialists and prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using CRM tools while tracking pipeline activity.
Collaborate with service, product management, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging applications to support customer education and long-term engagement.
Person Specifications
Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related.
Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in LC-MS.
Hands-on experience in a lab setting using mass spectrometry and chromatography.
Commerial acumen and excellent communication skills.
UK drives license and willingness to travel (UK-wide + occasional international).
Package
Base salary negotiable depending on experience.
Bonus scheme – £10,000 OTE (with uncapped overachievement potential).
