Marketing & Events Associate
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Events Associate to support the Sales & Marketing team in delivering innovative campaigns and seamless event experiences. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in marketing or events, who enjoys coordinating campaigns, managing social media, creating content, and assisting with live and virtual events.

Role Requirements
Coordinate social media content by gathering updates from the sales team, refining submissions, maintaining the content calendar, and working with digital marketing to schedule posts.
Produce and manage marketing collateral including flyers, adverts, banners, and event materials, while liaising with designers, printers, and suppliers.
Support planning and logistics for trade shows, courses, demonstrations, and webinars, including invitations, RSVPs, venue arrangements, and presentation materials.
Act as the main liaison for the sales team, ensuring they have up-to-date collateral, distributing materials, and gathering feedback and content for campaigns.
Assist with email marketing, mailing list management, website updates, and ensure GDPR compliance across communications activities.
Track and report on campaign performance, maintain accurate marketing and contact records, and support administrative tasks such as supplier payments and budget monitoring.
Person Specifications
1-2 years in a marketing or events role.
Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business).
Familiar with social media and content creation.
Basic email marketing knowledge (e.g., HubSpot).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Driving licence.
Skills:
