Role Overview

This is a full time laboratory role.
You will be working with organisms, bacteria and arcia that require specialist culture conditions.
This involves hunting for viruses against microbes, characterising and manipulating those.
The successful candidate will report to the laboratory manager and work within a small team of microbiologists to identify and characterise viruses.

Role Requirements

Working 5 days within a laboratory
Working within a small team of microbiologists
Reporting to laboratory manager
Identify and characterise viruses
Work on microbial virus projects

Person Specifications

Essential:
Experience in microbiology
Experience with bacteriophages

Desirable:
Virology and microbes experience
Worked with ISO certification
Commercial experience
