Role Overview

You’ll manage product data, assist with costing and pricing, and help create technical marketing materials.

Zenopa have partnered with a UK-based company specialising in ready-prepared microbiological media and laboratory reagents. Established over 90 years ago, the company provides high-quality liquid and plated culture media, stains and reagents for microbiology applications. Serving sectors such as clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, food and environmental testing, they support laboratories across the UK and internationally.

Role Requirements

Produce and support technical and marketing materials.
Manage product costing and pricing using Excel.
Maintain accurate product data on internal systems.
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
Support product launches, training, and customer enquiries.

Person Specifications

Microbiology background (pharma, food, or commercial lab).
Strong Excel and data management skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Interest in commercial and technical collaboration.
Experience with ISO or pharmacopoeia methods is a bonus.
