Nephrology Senior Brand Manager
Role Overview
The Brand (Senior) Brand Manager will report into the UK Country Manager and will be responsible for my clients new launches into the Nephrology space.
The portfolio will gain additions in the next 6 – 8 months, so this person will also be responsible for launching new products, working with the KAM’s / National Sales Manager to do so.
Company Information
My client are Global Pharmaceutical companywith 1000 employees globally that specialise in ADHD medicine, Healthcare products to pharmacies and Nephrology.
Their products are in over 50 countries through partners, but they’ve been setting up subsidiaries including Australia, holland, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden and now the UK.
They set up in the UK in Feb 2022, built their ADHD team and are looking to launch 3 Nephrology products in the next 18 months in the UK market, aswell as further ADHD products in the next 6 – 8 months.
Role Requirements
– Leading the Brand efforts, and taking responsibility for the Nephrology portfolio in the UK
– Implementing a Marketing strategy (working with the UK head office) in line with goals
– Launch responsibilities for the new products across the next 6-8 months
– Working cross functionally with the Sales team to develop sales force engagement
– Being a Brand expert, delivering effective training for the UK team
Person Specifications
– Experience working as a Brand / Senior Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
– Someone that is alligned to working in a smaller organisation (wide responsibility / autonomy)
– Passion, get up and go / Someone that is hands on
– Commutable to the Hertfordshire offices
