Role Requirements
Within this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and providing valuable insights to drive successful medical affairs programs.
Develop and implement comprehensive medical affairs strategies, in collaboration with clients, to support the successful launch and lifecycle management of medical products.
Provide expert scientific consultancy, leveraging your deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless execution of medical affairs programs and projects.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and challenges.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Person Specifications
Degree in a life sciences discipline. Additional business or management qualifications are a plus.
Extensive experience in medical affairs, scientific consultancy, or related roles within the pharmaceutical / medical communications industry.
In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements, compliance, and industry guidelines related to medical affairs and evidence generation.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific information into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, enabling you to build credibility with clients, stakeholders, and KOLs.
Demonstrated business acumen, including experience in business development, client relationship management, and proposal writing.
Strong passion for improving patient outcomes through scientific innovation and evidence-based approaches.
