Role Overview
The Role:
· Proactively contact and develop existing relationships and identify new accounts to maximise sales opportunities and initiatives to drive sales growth
· Identify areas for improvement and suggest and implement solutions
· Creating contracts and propose technical solutions to customer needs
· Conduct site meetings with clients, Engineers and service professionals
· Provide transparent, constructive feedback on customer requirements
· Liaising with Engineers and internal departments to provide technical support and solutions
· Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners

Person Specifications
The Person:
• Proven experience in an aftersales or product maintenance role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience of working alongside commercial teams
• Strong, confident communication and presentation skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach

Package
The Package:
· Working hours of 8am to 5pm
· 20 Days Holiday entitlement, increasing each year of service up to a maximum of 25
