Technical Sales Specialist
Role Overview
As a Technical Sales specialist, you will be responsible for covering the West UK selling technical equipment such as microwave digestors, organic extractors, micro GC analysers and more into pharma, biotech, academia, environmental and a range of other sectors.

Our client supplies the chemical and life science markets across the UK selling products for sample preparation systems and analytical instrumentation. They are looking for a motivated sales rep looking to transition into a technical product portfolio to support the team.
Role Requirements
-Managing the South UK sales territory, representing a portfolio of scientific products
-Conducting on-site and online demonstrations and training sessions for users
-Scheduling regular meetings with new and existing customers to showcase the advantages of their products
-Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, consistently driving sales growth within the region.
-Participating in seminars and industry events, such as Lab Innovations, to demonstrate products and engage with potential clients.
-Demonstrating a strong sales record by successfully introducing and promoting new microwave technologies and capital lab/production instruments
Person Specifications
2 years sales experience selling into the science sector(essentail)
Experience selling capital equipment or technical products (desirable)
Interest in selling technical products such as micro GC gas analysers, analytical pyrolysis systems, mercury analysers etc.(full product training provided)
