Role Requirements
Generate and manage new business leads.
Build relationships with dental and surgical professionals.
Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
Recommend products tailored to client needs.
Track leads and client interactions in our CRM.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
Person Specifications
We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll likely be one of the following:
A recent graduate looking for your first step into medical sales
A Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar looking to break into sales
Someone with 1-3 years’ experience in sales (especially dental, surgical, or healthcare sectors)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organised, and hungry to learn
Professional and confident – comfortable presenting to clients
Strong time management and planning abilities
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the future
