Agilent Technologies announces support for GoldenGate tools

26th January 2009

Agilent Technologies has announced its support for the use of its GoldenGate tools in STMicroelectronics’ 65nm Design Platform.

The use of GoldenGate RFIC simulation, verification and analysis tools is set to allow customers and RF designers to utilise "the best-in class simulation engine", according to STMicroelectronics.

Global EDA account manager with Agilent’s EEsof EDA division, Thierry Locquette, added the collaboration between the two firms on the platform marks another milestone and proves "our next generation of RFIC tools continues to meet the company’s high standards".

The 65nm RF Design Platform – which is also supported by computer-aided design tools from Agilent – enables designers to create system-on-chop products for use in high-speed, consumer, wireless, low-power and network applications, people in scientific sales jobs may be interested to know.

Last week, Agilent announced its new Solder Paste Inspection platform – the Medalist SP50 Series 3 Dual Laser SPI solution – will be released on February 15th. ADNFCR-1050-ID-18990844-ADNFCR
