Align Technology adds two members to executive team

Align Technology has announced the appointment of David White and John Graham to new positions within its executive management team.

Mr White has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer, overseeing its global financial strategy and IT operations, having previously worked with organisations such as Enecsys, NVIDIA, Sanmina-SCI, Asyst Technologies and Candescent Technologies.

Meanwhile, Mr Graham has been named vice-president for marketing and chief marketing officer and will take charge of Align's global advertising strategy, with a focus on product management for the Invisalign business.

He has more than 18 years of marketing experience within the healthcare sector, working for firms including GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson and Johnson.

Thomas Prescott, Align's president and chief executive officer, said: "We are excited to have added two such talented and seasoned executives to our management team."

Earlier this month, the company announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2013, during which it experienced a 12.5 percent year-over-year increase in revenues.
