Anachem relocates to new premises in Luton

Anachem has announced that it has relocated its base of operations to a new building in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The scientific equipment manufacturer moved from its old headquarters at 20 Charles Street to 1 and 2 Titan Court, Laporte Way, with the transfer taking place on December 20th 2010.

This new building comes equipped with a modern purpose-built pipette service centre that has received certification from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.

A statement from Anachem explained that the relocation is part of its ongoing growth initiatives, following on from its takeover by Mettler Toledo in January 2010.

"Anachem has been working to further strengthen its existing leadership in the liquid handling market. Moving to Titan Court is another step towards this for Anachem," it said.

In November 2010, Anachem expanded its Rainin product line with the launch of the Disp-X manual bottle-top dispenser, an intuitively-operated device designed to make it easier for scientists to handle dangerous liquids.
