Atomic PR wins Alfresco brief ahead of IPO

12th February 2013

Atomic PR has won a communications brief with the UK-based document management company Alfresco following a competitive bid.

The agency will represent Alfresco in the UK and US as the technology company prepares to launch an initial public offering (IPO) that will see it move into a critical growth phase, according to The Holmes Report.

Alfresco recently hired a new chief executive officer in Doug Dennerline and plans to go public on the Nasdaq, with Atomic PR taking responsibility for raising awareness of the business's expanding profile.

The company's client base includes more than 3,000 enterprises and serves more than seven million users across the world.

Todd Barr, chief marketing officer of Alfresco, said: "We were attracted by Atomic's track record of working with companies that are disrupting and transforming their industries."

Atomic will be able to leverage its experience of working with some of the world's leading technology firms, including Skype, Sony and Hitachi.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801538969-ADNFCR
