Atomic to help build awareness for Teleplan

23rd April 2014

Atomic has won a new pan-European PR brief with Teleplan, a provider of repair and refurbishment services for smartphones and tablets.

The campaign will aim to raise awareness of Teleplan's expertise and track record as a leading after-sales services provider to brands like Cisco, KPN and Nokia, as well as highlighting its range of innovative products and services, reports Gorkana.

Extending beyond traditional PR services, the brief will also see the agency work with Teleplan to establish its core messaging, build its reputation and refresh its digital presence, thereby helping to differentiate it from competitors and engage its target audience more effectively.

Teleplan selected Atomic for the contract based on its proven experience, analytics-driven approach and understanding of its needs.

Helen Ellis, director at Atomic, said: "We are very excited to have this opportunity to work with them to help reposition the brand and build on its reputation as a leading provider of after sales services across the globe."

Other leading tech clients that the agency has worked with in the past include Sony, Skype, Mint and Hotwire.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801714442-ADNFCR
