BCF Technology launches Easi-Scan Smart Display

BCF Technology has announced the launch of the Easi-Scan Smart Display, a user-friendly interface add-on for the Easi-Scan bovine ultrasound scanner.

The new device is an intelligent touch screen monitor that easily clips on to the original device and can be used in equine reproductive and first-pass musculoskeletal evaluations, as well as bovine, ovine and porcine meat science applications.

It comes with its own settings and functions, including three calliper modes that can be used to make a variety of measurements, while its trace tendon technology helps to accelerate calculation speeds.

Users can also use the product to save a record of examinations performed on clinical patients for future review and comparison.

This comes after the company launched the new Cuattro X-ray range and Sonosite Edge ultrasound system earlier this year.
