Binley’s parent company purchases NHiS Limited

Binley's has announced that its parent company Wilmington Healthcare is to expand its range of services through the takeover of NHiS Limited.

A leading provider of business intelligence, market analytics and other services to pharmaceutical companies in the UK, NHiS will work closely with the Binley's healthcare information team as part of the Wilmington healthcare division.

NHiS' existing executive management team of Nick Merryfield and Paul Midgley will remain with the business, allowing the company to continue benefiting from their experience and proven expertise.

Founded in 2007, NHiS has been identified as offering business intelligence and technology capabilities that complement those offered by Binley's.

Aimee Brinzer, managing director of Wilmington Healthcare, said: "We believe this acquisition will unlock significant synergies between Binley's and NHiS and enable us to further enhance the services that we provide our clients."

Established in 1992, Binley's was purchased by Wilmington in 2000 and now employs more than 140 members of staff.
