Bite Communications announces merger with Bourne

5th December 2012

Bite Communications has announced that it is merging with Bourne, a UK-based creative digital marketing agency with offices in Glasgow and New York.

The combination will bring the expertise of 50 professionals to Bite, creating a newly expanded 300-person team spanning 15 offices, all of which will operate under the unified Bite brand name.

Following this integration, Bite will be able to deliver enhanced global digital marketing services to its client base, which now includes Bourne customers such as Arcadia, Dell, eClerx, Equinix, MetLife and Ricoh.

It follows on from a number of recent acquisitions by Bite in the digital arena, including OneXeno, ILS, Trademark Consulting and the search team of Red Bricks Media.

Andy Cunningham, chief executive officer of Bite Communications, said: "This merger is accelerating Bite's evolution to becoming a strategic marketing agency that addresses a client's entire marketing lifecycle from strategy to planning to execution."

Mr Cunningham took over the top role at the agency last month, succeeding company founder Clive Armitage, who left the organisation to set up a new marketing business called Next Fifteen.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801501024-ADNFCR
