CCGroup announces management buyout completion
CCGroup has announced that its senior leaders have completed a management buyout of the company in order to help drive further growth for the organisation.
The tech PR agency's managing director Richard Fogg and head of telecoms Richard Nolan led the buyout, which also encompasses CCGroup's Reading-based consumer agency Escapade.
Coinciding with the buyout, the new owners have selected Lynne Goddard for the role of managing director of Escapade, Nicole Littlewood and Duncan McKean as associate directors and Daniel Lowther as head of financial services technology.
Additionally, Tim Trotter takes a minor equity stake and becomes non-executive chairman and Mr Nolan becomes a director, while Ian McCann – the former owner of CCgroup – is set to serve as a client-facing consultant and a non-executive director.
Mr Fogg said: "We've already started boosting investment in resources, platforms and personnel to help realise this potential – it's incredibly exciting."
This follows the appointment of Will Gardiner as a new associate director last month.
