CME Medical receives Skills for Health Quality Mark
CME Medical has been named as one of the first ten companies in the country to receive a Skills for Health Quality Mark, a new accreditation launched this month.
The Mark aims to provide the gold standard for training across the healthcare industry and has been awarded to CME Medical in recognition of the high quality of its Device User Training and Advanced Device User Training Programmes of learning, as well as the expertise of its staff.
It focuses on key factors underpinning high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, including the effectiveness of quality assurance arrangements, health sector engagement and awareness, learning excellence and ethics and values.
John Carrington, managing director for CME Medical, said the award "is a tribute to the dedication and expertise of our training team. This gives our customers absolute confidence in the quality and delivery of our learning programmes".
Last month, it was announced that the company will be helping hospices to upgrade their ambulatory syringe drivers to newer models that meet the latest regulatory requirements as part of Hospice Care Week 2013.
