CME Medical sponsors Sue Ryder charity conference

CME Medical has provided sponsorship for a recent conference on palliative care organised by the charity group Sue Ryder.

The event took place on November 27th 2012 at the Thorpe Hall Hospice and focused on the provision of care for patients with multiple sclerosis and motor neurone disease, with expert talks and special workshops held.

CME Medical has expressed its pride at being able to lend its support to the charity, which is dedicated to providing compassionate care for those nearing the ends of their lives and their families.

Sue Ryder uses the manufacturer's T34 Ambulatory Syringe Pumps to help support patients at Thorpe Hall Hospice.

Phillip Ball, palliative care services manager for the hospice, said: "In providing sponsorship for this event, CME Medical and our other sponsors have helped us spread the word of how much can be done for people with life-limiting diseases."

This comes after the firm launched its new BodyGuard ColourVision 575 PCA pump and the BodyGuard ColourVision 545TM Epidural Infusion pump earlier this month.
