DJO Global’s chief financial officer to leave company
DJO Global has announced that its chief financial officer Vickie Capps is to leave the company on December 31st 2013.
The medical technology firm is set to commence its search for a successor to Ms Capps, who will remain active in the role until she departs the company at the end of the year.
Ms Capps is also an executive vice-president at DJO Global but has chosen to step down from her position at the musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management specialist in order to pursue new business opportunities.
News of her departure comes partway through another successful year for the company, which achieved a net sales total of $573.8 million (356.52 million pounds) for the first six months of 2013, up by 1.6 percent year over year.
Earlier this month, it was announced at the firm's Annual Gala and Golf Classic that the organisation has raised more than $1 million for the US Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation since 2004.
