Fuel PR appoints new advocate for pharmacists

Fuel PR has announced the appointment of communications specialist Olivia Timbs as a new advocate for the pharmacy sector.

Ms Timbs will be briefed with providing the agency's pharmacy clients with advice and PR support as they come to terms with recent major NHS reforms, a role that will leverage her more than three decades of experience in medical journalism and publishing.

She will help companies identify important players at NHS and local authority level and assist them in preparing cases for services to be commissioned, while also finding examples of best practice across the country and adapting them for use by local clinical commissioning groups and health and wellbeing boards.
