Ivoclar Vivadent announces changes to UK business structure
Ivoclar Vivadent has announced plans to evolve the structure of its UK and Ireland business operations to better serve the needs of its customers.
The dental technology firm has made a number of new staff appointments, including Richard Holdsworth as national sales manager and Amanda Jukes as hospital and corporate business consultant, while four regional sales managers have been hired.
It comes as part of the company's plans to establish smaller, more focused regional teams, while continuing to invest in employees and technology as it seeks to continue outperforming the market as a whole.
Since 2003, Ivoclar Vivadent has expanded its UK workforce from 14 to 40, which has helped it to achieve double-digit growth year-on-year and increase its market share.
Darryl Muff, managing director for Ivoclar Vivadent said: "With these changes, Ivoclar Vivadent will be ideally placed to push forward with innovative and exciting strategies for the benefit of our customers."
This comes after the company announced the takeover of the Germany-based dental technology firm Wieland Dental last month.
