Ivoclar Vivadent launches Cementation Navigation System app

Ivoclar Vivadent has launched a new mobile application version of its Cementation Navigation System (CNS) for iOS devices.

The CNS app can be accessed using the iPad and iPhone and is a mobile version of the company's successful practical orientation and guidance software, which provides information on how to select the best luting material for individual cases.

New features for the app version include more than 200 animations to illustrate processes, as well as a section dedicated to cementation on implant abutments.

Moreover, a special CNS game has also been developed by Ivoclar Vivadent, allowing users to gain further understanding of luting processes in a fun and engaging way.

The CNS offering has proven popular since its introduction in March 2011, with more than 40,000 DVDs having been sold, while the cementation-navigation.com site has received more than 30,000 visits.

Next month, Ivoclar Vivadent will expand its product range further with the introduction of its compact new Bluephase Style curing light.
