Mast has announced that it will be attending the British Society for Microbial Technology's (BSMT's) 28th annual scientific meeting on May 17th 2013.

The theme of this year's BSMT meeting will be Microbiology of Normally Sterile Sites: Enrich Your Culture and will deal with the impact of new technology on the diagnosis of normally sterile sites.

Various presentations will be given throughout the day on topics such as blood culture dilemmas’ and the microbiology of orthopaedic joint infections.

This comes after Mast recently attended the 2013 European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, which took place in Berlin at the end of last month.
