M:Communications spins off healthcare division

M:Communications has announced the launch of Consilium Strategic Communications, a new independent agency, after taking the decision to spin off its healthcare division.

The new organisation will comprise a market-leading and established team of healthcare advisers and will be Europe's only specialist healthcare financial public and investor relations firm.

Consilium will offer specialist communications services such as financial communications, cross-border transactional support and reputation management and crisis communications, plus guidance on corporate and social responsibility strategies.

Its client base includes healthcare service providers, pharmaceutical companies, technology firms, charities and government bodies.

It will primarily serve clients in Europe and Asia from its offices in London and Singapore.
