Nobel Biocare introduces new products at New York symposium
Nobel Biocare has held its Global Symposium at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, during which it presented various new offerings to hundreds of industry professionals and academics.
A new fully-integrated digital workflow was announced by the company that will link its NobelProcera and NobelClinician products through connectivity to the secure online network NobelConnect.
The firm also introduced creos xeno.protect, a biodegradable collagen membrane for dental use in guided bone regeneration and tissue regeneration procedures that represents Nobel Biocare's latest venture in the regenerative solutions market.
Furthermore, attendees were able to learn more about the new NobelProcera Angulated Screw Channel Abutment and the work being carried out by the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation.
Richard Laube, Nobel Biocare's chief executive officer, said: "We are making continued improvements in efficiency and at the same time we continue to invest significantly in our future."
This comes after the firm commenced the next phase of its organisational realignment last month, a move that will involve the streamlining of corporate functions at its Swedish site in Gothenburg.
