Norbrook and Farm Business announce new partnership

Norbrook Laboratories has agreed a partnership with Farm Business that will see it sponsoring an award at a forthcoming event organised by the industry publication.

The animal health company will sponsor the innovation category at the Farm Business Cream Awards as part of an alliance that aims to promote the development of pioneering solutions for the dairy sector.

Announcing the partnership at an event held at the British Veterinary Association's headquarters, Norbrook underlined its own commitment to innovation by introducing two new products – the long-acting calcium-releasing bolus Calcitrace D3 and the parasite infection treatment Eprizero.

Bob Ferguson, general manager for Norbrook Laboratories in Great Britain, said: "Our partnership with the Cream Awards gives us an ideal opportunity to support innovation which we see as crucial to the future of the dairy, and indeed the wider agricultural industry."

Earlier this month, the company attended the British Small Animal Veterinary Association congress in Birmingham, where it launched a campaign raising awareness of health issues affecting ageing pets.
