Parexel expands with dedicated commercialisation team

27th October 2011

Parexel has announced that its biopharmaceutical clients can now take advantage of commercialisation services provided by a dedicated team of experts.

The company said it will help organisations in the sector to demonstrate product value amid growing competition by expanding its offering to support their commercial goals.

Gadi Saarony, corporate vice-president and worldwide head of Parexel's consulting and medical communications services, said the Boston-based firm can offer a "broad range of therapeutic areas to inform [clients'] commercialisation strategies with meaningful scientific and clinical considerations".

He added that current market conditions mean companies need to establish goals for commercialisation "as early as possible".

The commercialisation services now provided by Parexel include strategies relating to reimbursement and market access, payer communications, publications, dossier development and health outcomes analysis.

Earlier this month, the company launched a new podcast series known as Insights 1 to 1 that will be used to discuss issues concerning clinical development and commercialisation.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800777875-ADNFCR
