Pentax Medical hails success of Laryngology 2013 event

Pentax Medical has hailed the success of the Cutting Edge Laryngology Conference 2013, a recent industry event in London for which it provided sponsorship.

The symposium took place at the Royal College of Surgeons from June 17th to 19th and incorporated a variety of presentations and workshops on subjects such as innovative medical technology.

During the event, Pentax Medical was able to showcase a number of its latest product offerings, including its Video Naso-Pharyngo-Laryngoscopes, EE1580K Transnasal Oesophageal Video Scope and HD VNL 1590STi ENT Video Scope.

An official satellite symposium entitled The Laryngology Interventional Clinic UK experience was also sponsored by Pentax Medical.

Professor Martin Birchall from the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital said the conference's partnership with medical device industry firms such as Pentax played a key role in its success.

He added: "Laryngology 2013 was an undoubted success and major milestone in showcasing the best in the world in terms of innovation, by those who are the best in the world."
