Seven Seas launches vitamin B supplement

Seven Seas has released a new vitamin B dietary supplement for the over-the-counter consumer products market.

The new Seven Seas One-A-Day Vitamin B Complex capsules are being made available to buyers via independent pharmacies such as Boots, Superdrug and Lloyds, as well as through major supermarket chains and health food stores.

It has been formulated to be free of preservatives and added flavouring, delivering health benefits via ingredients such as brewer's yeast and folic acid.

According to the manufacturer, the product provides nutrients which aid the hair, skin and digestive system, with the firm intending to market the supplement to consumers with busy lifestyles.

It said: "Seven Seas One-A-Day Vitamin B Complex is a balanced combination of all the B vitamins which work together to help maintain healthy nervous and digestive systems."

Last month, the company expanded its consumer healthcare offering further with the release of new chewable vitamin D products as part of its Haliborange Softies range.
