Shire announces third quarter results announcement date

Shire has announced the date it will make its financial results for the third quarter of this year available.

The company states the data on its earning for the three-month period will be made public on Wednesday October 29th.

A press release concerning the results will be issued at 12:00 GMT.

This will be followed by an investor conference call, which will take place at 14:00 GMT.

Shire explains the investor and analyst call will be hosted by Angus Russell, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company.

In recent weeks, Shire announced the results of a multidisciplinary analysis of the drug release profiles of Lialda (mesalamine) and Asacol mesalamine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
